Today so far all of the problems I have incountered have sucked. On an up note they were all super easy to fix :) I have to say I am not a fan of the billing company we use, non quickbooks. I also have to go today you Verizon to find out why my phone never works. Bob last night was telling me about updates they do you ur phone. I was always under the inpression that they were sent to your phone not that you had to take it in. But they had a friend who was having the same problems and they went in back and brought her phone out working. So if it runs that smooth for me I will be one super happy person :)
