This moring class woped my butt. It was the first time I almost had my shirt full of sweat! I also banged the poo out of my elbow. We had a meeting after class. Sifu said it would only take 8 minutes of my time right before I went in. Ended up being more like 45. It had to do with a bunch of teaching, that I never do.

Afterwards I took Kathryn home and Will and I head off for food :)
